By accessing and using the NZPOS website (nzpos.com) and placing orders through our online store, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

NZPOS reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (15%). Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, processed securely through Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

We ship to all New Zealand addresses. International shipping is not currently available. Delivery timeframes and costs vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays and public holidays. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

We offer a 30-day return policy on products in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories intact. Consumable items (receipt rolls, labels, etc.) cannot be returned once opened.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

All products sold by NZPOS are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and brand — check the product listing or contact us for details.

In addition to manufacturer warranties, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) are not affected. Goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. If a product fails to meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature and severity of the fault.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the CGA.

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, NZPOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. This limitation does not apply to rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Creating an account is optional — guest checkout is available. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of NZPOS or its licensors and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written permission.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, including the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
