Delivery Area
We deliver to all addresses within New Zealand. We do not currently ship internationally.

Order Processing
In-stock items ordered before 2:00pm NZST on business days are dispatched same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm or on weekends/public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can track your delivery through the courier's website.
Returns Policy
30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- Original packaging must be intact and included
- All accessories and manuals must be included
- Consumable items (paper rolls, labels, etc.) cannot be returned once opened
How to Return
- Contact us at sales@nzpos.com or call 09 274 4581 to request a return
- We'll provide a return authorisation number and shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5 business days
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, in which case we'll cover the return shipping.
Warranty
All products sold by NZPOS come with the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and brand — check the product listing or contact us for details.
In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, all products are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). If a product fails within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We'll work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
