Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days NZ-wide. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout. Rural deliveries may take 5–7 business days. In-stock items ship same or next business day.
Do you ship to rural addresses?
Yes, we ship nationwide across New Zealand including rural addresses. Rural deliveries are $14.95 and typically take 5–7 business days.
Is shipping free?
Orders over $200 (incl. GST) qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in New Zealand. Express and rural surcharges still apply if selected.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, local pickup is available. Contact us to arrange a time and we'll have your order ready for collection.

What brands do you stock?
We carry hardware from trusted brands including Epson, Star Micronics, Bixolon, Zebra, Honeywell, Nexa, Sam4s, and Idealpos. All products come with full manufacturer warranty.
Can you help me choose the right POS system?

Do you sell POS software?
We primarily supply hardware, but we work closely with leading NZ POS software providers and can recommend the best software to pair with your hardware. We also handle software configuration as part of our installation service.
Are your prices GST inclusive?
Yes, all prices on our website are displayed in NZD and include GST.

EFTPOS & Payments

Do you supply EFTPOS terminals?
Yes. We supply countertop, portable, and wireless EFTPOS terminals from providers like Windcave, Verifone, and Ingenico. We can also help with merchant service setup.
Can I integrate EFTPOS with my POS system?
Yes. Integrated EFTPOS means transactions flow directly from your POS to the terminal — no double-keying amounts. We set this up as part of our POS installation service.
Do you rent EFTPOS terminals?
Yes, we offer short-term rentals for events, markets, and pop-up venues. Contact us with your dates and we'll sort you out.

Installation & Support

Do you install POS systems?
Yes. We offer full installation services including site assessment, hardware setup, software configuration, network connectivity, and staff training. We install systems across New Zealand.
What's included in a POS installation?
A typical installation includes site assessment, hardware delivery and physical setup, software configuration (menus, pricing, tax), network/connectivity setup, payment terminal integration, and hands-on staff training.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. After installation, we provide phone and email support. For businesses that need regular IT help, we offer flexible support plans — from ad-hoc callouts to monthly retainers.
What areas do you service?

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Faulty items are covered under the manufacturer warranty and the Consumer Guarantees Act. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
How long is the warranty?
All products come with the manufacturer's standard warranty, typically 12–24 months depending on the product. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act also apply.
