We're based in Auckland and we travel. Most of our work is within the Auckland region, but we go on site through the Waikato and Northland too — travel is quoted with the job, so you know the cost before we set off.
The Regions We Cover
On-site work in all three. Anything that can be sorted remotely usually is, which keeps costs down and gets you trading again faster.
Auckland
Where we're based, and where most of our work is.
From the city and the isthmus out to the North Shore, West Auckland, Manukau and the southern suburbs. Being local means an on-site visit is usually a same-day or next-day conversation rather than a scheduling exercise, and it's why most of our installs and support calls are here.
Waikato
Regular on-site work, travel quoted with the job.
Hamilton and the wider Waikato. Far enough that we plan the visit properly rather than drop in, so installs are scheduled and quoted with travel included. Day-to-day support is handled remotely where it can be, which is most of the time.
Northland
On site by arrangement, remote support any time.
Whangārei and the Northland region. The drive means on-site work is planned in advance and the travel is quoted up front. As with the Waikato, most support calls are resolved remotely long before anyone needs to get in a van.
Most Problems Don't Need a Visit
A till that won't print, an EFTPOS terminal that's dropped off the network, a machine that won't log in — the majority of what goes wrong gets fixed remotely, on the phone, usually while you're still serving customers. Distance matters far less than it used to. On-site work is for installations, hardware faults and the jobs that genuinely need someone in the room.
What Travel Costs
Travel outside Auckland is quoted with the rest of the job, before any work starts. No surprise line items afterwards — you'll know what the visit costs when you decide whether to go ahead.
